 So I have chosen another gravity dispenser to blog about this week, but hey it's new! The item in this week's super style spotlight is a 3.5 gallon gravity dispenser with false front. This gravity bin is much like the one that I described last week, in fact it is part of the same line of containers, but this one holds 3.5 gallons whereas the one from last week only held 2 gallons. So why would you need a container that holds this much dry food? Well, you might not need it at home, but I bet you can think about a business that could use this. How about your local coffee shop? Fill this with coffee beans for either store use or customer purchase and there you go! What about your local movie theater? It could easily be filled with one of my favorite things popcorn, in kernel form of course, and used by staff to fill the popper to make tons of popcorn! Or buy a few and place them in the lobby of this space, filled with all sorts of goodies, for customer purchases of snacks before the movie!

So the specs of this container are much like that of last week. The dimensions are 6"w x 18"h x 11"d so really the only one that changed is the width (from 4" to 6") and that is a mere two inches! The construction is still that of polycarbonate that great, almost indestructible material and it is dishwasher safe, a timesaver for businesses! The plastic pieces, namely the handle and the lid, have a black finish to coordinate with practically any environment. The container holds 3.5 gallons of edibles, but please realize that this is not a portion controlled bin. If you pull the handle down, it will go faster and it will not care how much you get! You could empty the bin and it would still be willing to give you more! Even if empty, the false front of the bin makes it look full, a benefit so customers can see what will be replenished in the container soon!

 And we’re back…to new items that is! There is a new line of selections in the gravity controlled category that I can blog about. Yay! So the item in this week’s super style spotlight is a 2 gallon gravity-controlled dry goods container. I like the look of this bin and I don’t think it’s because it has chocolate eggs inside! The places for use for this bin are endless. Sure they are mostly seen in grocery stores and even then usually in the coffee aisle, but really, they can hold so much more! Pasta, goodies, rice, nuts; and the list could go on and on! School cafeterias could use them for cereal. Self-service cafeterias, hotel or conference center buffets, and of course sweet shops all can benefit from the tight-sealing lids because they will keep goods fresh for a longer period of time! Who wants to eat stale Cheerios™?

So the gravity bin is made of polycarbonate, which means that it is not only, pretty much indestructible, but it is also dishwasher safe (my favorite!). The bin holds 2 gallons of dry food and does not control portions. See one of the other categories for that! It comes with a slanted mount in black plastic, of which the handle and lid match, and that helps to abide by first in/first out grocery rotation standards. There is a false front on the model to make sure that it always appears full and a sign holder also is present on the front of this section. This container is pretty compact with dimensions that are 4"w x 18"h x 11"d. At 4” wide and 1-1/2’ high, it really can fit just about anywhere. The handle has a few different settings with continuous feed occurring when it is fully depressed. Also, all of the necessary hardware for mounting this gravity-fed bin is included with purchase.
